PALMER EDGE CONSOLE · AI CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Data deletion instructions.

How to disconnect the app and request deletion of information held by Palmer Edge Marketing.

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. What these instructions cover

These instructions apply to Palmer Edge Console, also described as our AI Campaign Manager app, operated by Palmer Edge Marketing FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You can request deletion of personal information held by us in connection with the app and revoke the app’s access to your Meta assets. These are separate steps: disconnecting stops future authorised access through that connection, while a deletion request addresses information already held by us.

For more information, read our app privacy policy and app Terms of Use.

2. Step 1 · Revoke access if you want to disconnect

  1. Sign in to the Facebook account used to authorise the app.
  2. Open Settings → Business Integrations, find Palmer Edge Console and use the removal or access-revocation option. Meta’s labels and navigation may vary.
  3. If you also connected Meta through Claude, Codex or ChatGPT, disconnect the relevant connector in that service. Separate integrations may appear under different names and need to be removed separately.
  4. If you manually configured an access token, revoke or replace it through Meta’s token or business administration controls and remove it from the connected client or local configuration. Ask an authorised business administrator for help if you cannot manage it.

Removing one connector does not necessarily revoke other tokens or integrations. Revoking access does not automatically pause existing ads, cancel advertising charges or delete assets from Meta. If you want live campaigns stopped, arrange that separately with an authorised account manager.

3. Step 2 · Send your deletion request

Email: [email protected]
Subject: AI Campaign Manager data deletion

Please include:

  • Your name and an email address where we can reply.
  • Your business or client business name, if relevant.
  • The Meta ad account, Page or business ID concerned, if known. You do not need to include IDs you cannot find.
  • Whether you are requesting deletion of your own information or acting for an organisation or another person.
  • A short description of the information you want deleted, such as account connection records, locally retained reports, creative files or lead information handled for an engagement.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment details or unnecessary sensitive personal information. You do not need to send an identity document with your initial request. If verification is necessary, we will explain the proportionate information needed.

4. Step 3 · Verification and processing

We will review your request and may contact you to clarify its scope or verify that you are the data subject or an authorised representative. This protects information belonging to other people and businesses.

Where we hold the information on a client’s instructions, that client may be the data controller. We may refer the request to it or coordinate deletion with it under the applicable agreement and law. We will explain the appropriate next step rather than treat a client’s records as ours to delete without authority.

Once the request is verified and its scope is clear, we will delete or anonymise relevant information we control where required, and address associated retained credentials or connection records as appropriate. We will respond without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If an extension is permitted and necessary, we will explain the reason and timing.

5. What may need to be retained

Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal or accounting obligations, security and fraud prevention, establishing or defending legal claims, or another lawful exception. We may also retain a limited record of your request and our response to demonstrate how it was handled.

Where retention is necessary, we will limit its scope and use and explain the relevant reason where required. Backups may retain copies until their normal recovery cycle expires. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or third-party system.

6. Meta, AI providers and advertising assets

A request to delete our records does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic or another provider. Use that provider’s account, chat-history or privacy controls for its own records. Tell us which system your request concerns so we can help identify the appropriate route within our role.

Campaigns, ads, uploaded media, Pages, pixels, datasets and platform reporting are held in the relevant Meta account. Deleting those assets is different from deleting our retained information and may affect your business. We will not interpret a general personal-data deletion request as permission to delete campaigns or other client assets.

If you also want us to remove particular Meta assets, identify them expressly and provide the necessary account-owner authority. Meta’s retention rules and technical limitations may still apply.

7. Confirmation and follow-up

We will reply to the email address associated with your request to confirm the action taken, identify any information that must remain and explain any outstanding steps involving your client or a third-party provider. Acknowledgement of a request is not confirmation that deletion has finished.

If you have not received a reply, follow up by emailing the same address with the original request date. Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to raise a concern with a competent data protection authority.
